1. Services and coverage
SBG is based in Kumasi and handles local courier deliveries, same-day requests, shop pickups, documents, grocery and food deliveries, and agreed business delivery routes. Deliveries outside Kumasi, bulk work and special-handling items require confirmation from our team. A website quote does not guarantee that every address or item can be served.
2. Booking, charges and pickup
Request a quote online or contact SBG with the pickup address, destination, sender and recipient phone numbers, and parcel details. Prices are in Ghana cedis and depend on the confirmed route and service. Business clients may use agreed fixed-price options. Have the parcel securely packed and ready for the confirmed pickup arrangement.
3. Delivery timing
Same-day and express requests depend on rider availability, distance, traffic, weather and the time of booking. Tracking arrival times are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. If you have a strict deadline, ask SBG to confirm it before booking. Contact our team for current operating hours, holiday arrangements and out-of-area schedules.
4. Packing and items we cannot accept
- Use suitable protective packaging and tell SBG about fragile, perishable or unusually valuable contents.
- Food and grocery items must be appropriately sealed. Medicines or temperature-sensitive items need handling arrangements confirmed before booking; do not assume a cold chain is available.
- Do not send illegal goods, stolen property, explosives, weapons, hazardous materials or any item whose transport is unlawful or unsafe.
- SBG may refuse inadequately packaged items or work requiring equipment or permissions we do not have.
5. Tracking and handover
Use your tracking number on Track Parcel to view status updates. Rider location is shown when the assigned rider is sharing live updates; connectivity and device settings can affect it. Keep the tracking link private. The recipient or an authorised person should be reachable to receive the parcel. Handover details or proof of delivery may be recorded as part of the order.
6. Failed attempts, changes and returns
If an address is incorrect or a recipient is unavailable, contact SBG to agree the next step. Reattempts, redirection or return-to-sender may involve additional travel and charges, which should be confirmed before proceeding. Do not assume an undelivered parcel will automatically be refunded or disposed of. Contact the team to arrange collection or return.
7. Missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries
Report a concern as soon as you notice it, with the tracking number, a description and photos or other evidence where available. Keep the packaging if damage is involved. SBG will investigate the delivery record and coordinate with the rider or merchant as appropriate. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for payment and remedy requests.
